What is LAMP?
LAMP is an independent program that works directly with families in order to support Homeschool families like our own. Coordinators, Donald and Jessica Korff, have been homeschooling for over 15 years and have uncovered so many opportunities in their journey of homeschooling, and it is their heart to share that with the families that feel called to the same path of homeschooling that they have been. LAMP is the program created in order to step toward that mission.
How does it work?
LAMP has a variety of different program options for families to sign up for, all designed around the flexible needs and interests of the homeschool family. In addition to the variety of programs that LAMP has to offer, there also is a sponsorship program that complements the other components. Simply put, a family signs up each child to participate in a LAMP program option, and through that participation, the child becomes eligible take part in the unique in-person classes offered by the LAMP Team, to participate in monthly field trips, and to be sponsored toward taking other outside classes in the community, like YMCA classes, Kid’s Gym, or music lessons of some sort. It is all designed to support and extend the opportunities for homeschool families in a way that just works!
